These Vouchers are issued on a wholesale level and resold through US Travel Agencies and Travel Professionals. Often they are done less professionally than they should be which can result in risks to the applicant getting a visa to travel to Russia.

However, if you choose to submit a visa through RJR and submit your own Voucher you must accept the risks associated with doing so. If the Voucher is wrong the Visa will be wrong also; if the Voucher dates are wrong for example it will always follow that the Visa dates will be wrong.
