Passport

1. Submit your original United States Passport. You must submit your actual passport, (not a copy) as your visa will be issued within the pages of your passportbook.
2. Your passport must be signed. Do not worry about the safety of your passport; our company has never lost a passport in 34 years and we take great care to make sure it is handled with the utmost of care.
3. Your passport must have at least 6 months of remaining validity from your date of entry into this country.
4. You must have at least 2 adjacent blank visa pages (you cannot count the four in the very back of your passport as these pages are reserved for governmental use. RJR can assist you with renewing your current passport.

Photographs

1. Submit 1 recently taken passport photo
2. Passport Photo MUST have a completley blank white background, without any other shades or tints (i.e. dark gray, tan, off-white)
3. If submitting more than one picture, be sure the others are a replication of the first one and not different types of pictures. DO NOT submit pictures with eyeglasses or sunglasses, jewelry, and headware as they will not be accepted. For a complete list of photo requirements and restrictions, click here.

Include with your application proof of round trip tickets for your trip with your name on the confirmation

OR

If your trip has been booked by a travel agent, include a signed letter on the agent's company letterhead with information regarding your trip and confirmations

Include a clear color copy of your dirvers liscense

OR

Provide one most recent utility bill with your name and home address

Include and original letter from your company that is signed by an office other than yourself regarding the purpose of your trip, as well as your passport number, issue date, expiration, and name as it appears on the passport.

Provide an official letter of invitation from the sponsor company that include the reason for your visit, and the relationship to you and your company. This letter should include your passport number, issue date, expiration, and name as it appears on the passport.

The KSA Embassy requires that you submit an Invitation from a Host in KSA. During this process the Saudi foreign ministry will ask sponsor "which Saudi Embassy of Consulate in the world to "authorize" the visa issuance. RJR recommends the NYC Consulate as they are the fastest and most reliable Saudi Consulate.

What is EJNAZ?

ENJAZ is an acronym for a Software company in Saudi Arabia which has created a Software Tool by which additional Fees can be justified by the Saudi government - aside from the Reciprocity Fees allowed by International Law. Many governments including our own have this sort of ancillary fee that must be paid prior to applying for the KSA visa.

Is it part of the visa fee?

Yes it is, however it is paid separately and not as a Consular Fee (the fee charged when a visa is given to an Embassy or Consulate for visa services).

How does it relate to the process of obtaining a Saudi Arabian visa?

An “authorized” ENJAZ provider must submit to the ENJAZ system (upload) a copy of your passport and other supporting documents prior to payment of this ancillary fee. It is important to use an ENJAZ authority who is reliable and fast. Many of the companies which are authorized by the Saudi government are not.

Can anyone process the ENJAZ fee?

No. The company submitting the ENJAZ fee must be authorized by the Saudi government to provide such intervention.

Notes about the Embassy/Consulate for Saudi Arabia
Saudi Arabia requires as part of your visa request that you must "register" your Invitation from your Host with an ENJAZ Authority, RJR's fee for performing this registration is $175.00.
